A haven for relaxation, Selistat is perfect for those looking to escape everyday stress and the hustle and bustle of city life. Time flows differently in this village forgotten by the world - slower. Overlooking the village is the fortified fortress of Selistat, one of the oldest of its kind in Transylvania, surrounded by fields and hills. We offer guest houses that can accommodate approximately 80 people with 13 rooms, and for larger groups, tents can be set up in our fruit tree garden. Activities are abundant: spend your evenings by a campfire, preparing dinner on the grill, or relaxing under the apple trees on a rocking chair. Prior arrangements can be made for horse-drawn carriage rides, and in the winter, we also offer horse-drawn sleigh rides! You can also take trips to Sighișoara, Agnita, or Făgăraș by car from here. All are welcome in Selistat, making it an ideal stop for everyone from large groups of young people and students to individual tourists, horse riding enthusiasts, hikers, and fans of bicycles and motorcycles passing through Transylvania.
