Under the guidance of the venerable Ioan Cojanu, a former teacher in the village school, now retired, the house reflects a deep appreciation for tradition and simplicity. Ioan is not only an educator, but also a skilled craftsman at making beautiful straw clays; and has a special love for cats, several of which roam freely around the yard. A strong point of Casa Gentiana is the outdoor barbecue area, ideal for those who want a meal in the middle of nature. For the little ones, a tree house offers a memorable and adventurous experience. As one of the first wooden guesthouses in the area, its design remains authentic and rustic. Blooming with vibrant flowers, the home boasts a fully equipped kitchen and multiple rooms, all set against the backdrop of the impressive mountain scenery near the Cave.
